With Me In Mind has been specially designed and produced by the children and young people themselves in collaboration with NHS organisations, councils and schools.
The aim of the service is to treat pupils with mild to moderate mental health issues and to support those with more complex needs to access specialist NHS support.
Last week, Mel (Senior Practitioner) visited both XP and XP East and spoke to students in all year groups about the support her team can offer for those experiencing:
- Low Mood
- Anxiety
- Self-esteem
- Wellbeing
- Sleep
Students will be able to access support through a variety of different means, including 1:1 sessions, groups work or corridor drop in sessions. (Please note: 1:1 sessions will require a referral from school).
Their website contains a whole host of new resources to help children, young people and parents with a range of mental health conditions.
