Crew Moore (NHA)

We’ve had a really busy couple of months in Crew Moore. We have completed all our first SLC’s and all have passed with flying colours!

I don’t know if you have noticed but we also have a crew name! We have decided as a crew, with very few votes against, to call ourselves Crew Moore after Sir Captain Tom Moore as he is an outstanding human being that has done amazing things for our country and our world back in his prime. The students made a fantastic presentation as to why our crew should have this name and found amazing facts about Sir Captain Tom Moore and how he got all his medals.

We also have an amazing young man named Kasper in our crew who has decided to walk 100 miles in march for the WWF charity! So far he has completed 16 miles, which as a crew we think is amazing! He is aiming to raise £100 so £1 per mile, I was hoping we could get some support for him. I will add a link for his donation page at the bottom of the blog post and hopefully add some pictures at a later date to show everyone how well he has done! There will also be posters up around school so students can have a look at what he is doing and why he is doing it.

Good luck to Kasper, we know you will smash it!
