We’re looking for two incredible Learning Coaches to join the team at Green Top School!
This is an opportunity to be part of a school where relationships come first, learning is purposeful, and every child is known, supported, and challenged.
You’ll work side by side with teachers to help deliver beautiful, meaningful learning experiences as part of our expeditionary learning curriculum. From Early Years to Key Stage 2, you’ll support children to grow academically, socially and emotionally – helping them become thoughtful, capable, and kind individuals.

What does it really mean to be part of XP? Don’t take it from us – hear it from the students themselves.
If you’re a teacher who believes in creativity, challenge and doing work that matters, this is the role for you. We’re open to applications across a range of subjects – find out more here
Thank you to everyone who has brought their letter and paid their deposit for the Ski trip. Please keep checking your emails as we will be sending out a letter of confirmation and the next steps for the trip this week.
We have had a fantastic response and are excited for the next steps.
Our netball teams had the opportunity to go and watch Leeds Rhions V Nottinham Forrest at the Canon Medical Arena. What an exciting game it was watch. Students were fully engaged in the match and even met some of the players at the end. What a brilliant evening of sport.
Crew White cleared the stairs this morning and laid out the lost property. There wasn’t much left to sort, which is always good news — a large part of it had already been successfully returned to its rightful owners, thanks to initials or names in clothing. Please continue to do this — it really does help.
We are delighted to begin the application process for places on the Valencia 2026 Languages and Cultural Heritage fieldwork, which is open to all students in C29. This is an exciting opportunity for students to visit Valencia, build their confidence in spoken Spanish (if they study it), and participate in cultural activities. We aim to take around 40 students.
The activities are yet to be finalised based on student numbers, prices, and availability, but they will include a selection of the following: Paella cooking workshop, Flamenco dance workshop, Mestalla stadium tour (home to Valencia FC), visit to the City of Arts and Sciences (science museum and/or aquarium), Bioparc (zoo), exploring the Old Town, Valencia Cathedral, the Torres de Serrano (tower of the old city walls), and the Turia Gardens.
The provisional dates for this fieldwork are Friday 27th February – Monday 2nd March 2026. We are awaiting price quotes from the accommodation and airlines, but the total trip price is estimated to be around £750 per student, which includes hotel accommodation, flights and transfers, all activities, morning and evening meals, travel insurance, and coach hire within Valencia if and when needed. Students would need to bring a bit of spending money for drinks, lunches and any souvenirs they wish to buy.
If students wish to apply for a place, they should complete the application form using their XP Google account/email address (form has been emailed out to C29 students and can also be accessed via this link: Valencia 2026 Student Application Form) by no later than Friday 16th May.
