On Thursday, Crew White used Academic Crew time to analyse their latest snapshot data and reflect on their HoWLs. It was great to see them comparing their awarded HoWLs against a rubric to identify areas for improvement and shape their new pledges. Parents have now received snapshot reports at home, and Crew White should be able to confidently articulate their own learning narrative around this — a smart, focused approach to leading their learning.
